Voilà quelques travaux plus récents de Ma Yi pour vous tous.

J'ai toujours bien accroché aux scénes d'héroic fantasy proche des jeux de rôles ou des tournois de figurines.
Les scénes de bataille avec des créatures monstrueuses mais un brin civilisé.
Je préfére ce travail là que celui réalisé "à l'ordinateur". Je ne sais pas avec quoi il travaille, (avec un programme surement pas en traditionnel?) mais ça donne un rendu un peu comme un tableu.

I am a fanatic of horses and I always adored the horses of hell. Your horse in 7 is absolutely superb ^^

I am too particularly fan of colors in this drawing, as well as illustration with the human/lion.

Essaye de reformuler ton message en anglais...on se moque bien des fautes c'est pas grave et pose lui la question...c'est cela qu'il attend. Et il te répondra, je dois aussi le rassurer pour qu'il vous parle !!!

Thanks a lot! I think there is some problem on the No.7 illustration,the eye of the horse is a little lower,do you agree with me ?

I'm not able to draw horse as well as you do, so I'm not the best personn to criticize this artwork^^;

On the other hand I can say how much I'm impress by your illustrations and also by all the artists present on this board. I'm so glad to discover all this detailled and graphic styles. A real joy.

What I appreciate the most about your style is the way you use black and dark colors. The result is powerful, especially in your black and white pieces.

how translate "C'est un truc de fou" in English ? hmmm I know : the level is very high! I'm admiring !
i love the first ! for the color and the dynamism ! (I like them all)

3 ,4 ,5 ,8 ,9 ,10!!! there are my favorites because of the athmosphere, very dark and very infernal!!! except the 3 in black and white (and you really control b&w >_< !!!), colors are very dynamic and seizing!!
some others, I find they are a bit too photoshoped, for instance I find the first one a bit "plastic" (even if the attitude and the context are really cool!!)

I hung always well to the scénes of héroic fantasy near to the role plaies or the tournaments of figurines. Scénes of battle with monstrous creatures but a civilized bit. I préfére this work there that that carried out “with the computer”. I surely do not know with what it does work, (with a program not into traditional?) but that gives one returned a little like a table.

Tiens, je trouve le style intéressant, et quelques exemples de variation graphique qui ne sont pas inutiles car trop souvent certains s'enferment dans une technique (en particulier via ordinateur).
Dynamique en tout cas (et comme la couleur et le mouvement sont à mon sens l'âme du dessin)

Oh well, I find the style interesting, and the few technical variation seem important to me : too many artists get locked in a single technique (especially with computers).
whatever, it all sounds dynamic (to me, color and movement are the soul of drawing)

You're as good with pencil black and white as with a computer! *_* i'm so envious!
Your sense of composition is fantastic and I really like the backgrounds (particularly on the first pic, I love bamboos and the light is delicious! )

On the other hand, on the 6th drawing, the wings on the feet don't look well integrated, maybe too clear? (it is just a personnal opinion!)

It's surprising to see that artworks made by chinese artists are often closer to european artworks than japanese artists for example! You have a very realistic style, and it's very good!

I agree totally with Tiamate : I am charmed by your style I find closer to europeen's ones, generally sweeter than japonese's (even if I like too, especially Aki Shimizu but her style is also sometimes closer to chinese ones than to japonese...). I am really impressed by your drawings (I love bamboos too). Thank you !
